Welcome to my first post as a blogger for Online Grilling!
Most of you have probably never stopped grilling and some of you just dusted off the Hibachi.
My husband is an avid hunter and fisherman and there is always a reason to grill, smoke, bake or saute with wild game or gifts from the sea.
The latest is wild caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon; see the photos below and notice the different ways the salmon has been cut-up for packaging.
