Quick Zip Lock Carne asada, by the TACO KING
Here is a rare picture of the Taco King!
So simple you will have to find a way to make it look like you are working harder!
Take 1- 1.5lbs Carne Asada (in Spanish just means roasted meats)
Thin cuts of beef, flank steak or skirt steak
IN A LARGE FREEZER ZIP LOCK:
Onion any color Chopped up
Cilantro Washed 1/2 fresh bundle
Lime 2 limes washed squeezes and thrown in the zip lock
Pepper to taste
Beer any kind
Splash in a little cumin and chili powder
and the MEAT
Let sit in refrigerator for MIN 1 Hour MAX 9 Hours.
Cook hot on the grill, DO NOT OVERCOOK
Cut up meat,
Throw some little round tortillas on the grill to warm em up.
Add some extra cilantro and Pico or your favorite salsa.
No need for Cheese...
TIP: grab a few extra limes and beers
Pit lime in a beer and drink a couple while your are cooking...
