My Hula Hula Chicken recipe... updated for the twins


Hula Hula Keg Roaster Chicken
Ingredients

Camp Chef Keg roaster and Stove

or use the twins in the picture above...



3 whole fryers Cleaned and tail cut off.

3 cans Beer

1 can circle Pineapples (and toothpicks)

3 Large Zip Lock bags

Brown Sugar box

Teriyaki sauce Large bottle

Ginger (fresh or powder)

Pepper

Old Bay Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

Put one fryer in each ziplock add 1/3 box brown sugar, 1/3 Large bottle Teriyaki (low salt preferred)
1 tsp. Ginger
Refrigerate overnight

Put on Keg roaster with Open beer below (drink 1/3 of each - Chug for visual effect)

Season the Chicken with Old Bay and pepper - shake from the top to bottom.

Pin the pineapple to the sides/top of each chicken and start cooking.

Cook for about 66 minutes and check the temp of the chicken with a push in thermometer.

Let Sit for 5-7 Minutes make sure everyone is looking.

Act like you don't know what they are looking at...

Don't eat the pineapple or drink the beer...
