





SHORE LUNCH WITH OUTDOOR CHEF KURT.
After 5 summers in ALASKA, I finally got to do some SHORE LUNCHES.
We had some good spots on the river to eat lunch.
I would get dropped off early to prepare lunch .
You always want to put in a nice fire going and set up my table and chairs.
My specialty was pan fried Salmon with potatoes and peppers and onion,.
the guests loved it.
With bears all around and spawning Salmon it was a lunch to remember for a lifetime.
