Today I am writing a review of 3 new chef inspired spices from CAMP CHEF PRODUCTS.


I recently spent 9 days cooking in elk camp on eastern Oregon's high dessert country for a distinguished group of Portland general contractors.

The new spices include LOG CABIN GRUB// LEMON GARLIC // and SAVORY STEAK seasonings.

I used the new products on a variety of dishes from scrambled eggs , chicken breasts ,mashed potatoes deep fried turkey.t.bone steaks, many different veges and even biscuits and other baked items. I received rave reviews on all of the spices from my whole group .I also like the fact that they are low sodium and contain no msg.The seasonings have a distinct taste but not overpowering.

I used the SAVORY STEAK as a rub on tri tip and an oven roast and they tasted great.The LEMON GARLIC was perfect on all types of poultry and pork also ,.

I used LOG CABIN GRUB on a Silver Salmon fillet and was amazed at the results.I give all of the new seasonings 5***** for taste smell and overall variety of dishes that they can be used on .
